Mental Conditioning Coaching
is a one-on-one support relationship in which I provide guidance. It is about developing the right mindset to and filtering daily decisions through the mentality in order to create lasting change.
For example, in order to be a basketball player you have to practice playing basketball. Same goes for anything else. The mind is a muscle and must be exercised from time to time.
IT IS NOT PSYCHOTHERAPY.
If during the course of our relationship, I determine professional mental health treatment is needed, I will refer you to a provider as I cannot provide both services.
